Privacy Policy
Overview
UE Tech, and its employees, are bound by the relevant legislation regarding privacy as well as other laws that impose specific obligations in regard to handling personal information, that directly or indirectly identifies a person, and dealing with data provided by clients and third parties.
The privacy policy and principles in this document are in accordance with these laws.
Service
UE Tech Pty Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of personal and business information. This Privacy Policy embodies this commitment.
The policy supports the need of UE Tech to collect information and the right of individuals and organisations to privacy and confidentiality of data. It ensures that UE Tech can collect data and business information necessary for its services and functions, while recognising the right of individuals and organizations to have their information handled in ways that they would reasonably expect and in ways that protect the privacy of their personal information, business information and data.
What we collect
We may collect the following categories:
A. Account and contact information
name, email, phone, job title, organisation
usernames, passwords (hashed), authentication info
subscription details (payment processing handled by through bank EFT on invoice, no card details are saved and captured)
B. Customer Data (business customer-controlled)
contact details and relationship management data entered by our customers and users (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, notes, communication history)
C. Usage, device and log information
IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system
log files, audit logs, error/diagnostic data, performance metrics
D. Support and communications
support tickets, emails/calls, feedback, and any information you choose to share with us
How we collect information
We collect personal information:
directly from you (account creation, forms, support requests),
from our business customers (when they upload Customer Data),
automatically when you use the Service (Usage Data, cookies),
from integrations you enable (e.g., email/calendar/marketing tools) where applicable.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
Provide and operate the Service
create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide features, process payments, provide customer support
Improve and secure the Service
troubleshooting, analytics, testing, research, product development, fraud prevention, security monitoring, enforcing policies
Communicate with you
service updates, security notices, billing/admin communications
Marketing (where permitted)
send information about product updates or related offerings with an opt-out available at any time (see Section 9)
Legal and compliance
comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety
Use of Customer Data
We use Customer Data only to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Service, and as instructed by our customers (and as set out in our customer agreements).
Data retention and deletion
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Customer Data: retained for the duration of the customer’s subscription and then deleted or returned in accordance with the customer agreement and our deletion process, subject to backups and legal requirements.

Customer Data Policy
Personal information, business information and data is collected and used by UE Tech for the following purposes:
To provide services to the client who provides the Personal and Business information, and data.
User information will be collected from the user account information. This may be used to communicate with the users on updates, and important information relating to Monitor CRMS. This information may also be used to promote new features and products, strictly related to UE Tech.
Our product, the Subscription Service, helps people share information for marketing, communication, and relationship management. When a UE tech client uses our product, they may gather information, such as the name, email, address, phone number, or other details. We call this information "Customer Data." We don't control what information or details they gather using our Subscription Service. We keep their information on local servers run by our service providers, but we only use it to provide and improve our Subscription Service and follow the law. We follow our customers' instructions and the rules set in our Terms of Services Agreement, which states we can't use the information for any other purposes, unless expressly required by the client.
UE Tech does not supply information to third parties unless express consent is given by the client.
Usage data may be used by our Customer Success Team, to provide insights to the client, throughout the life of the subscription.
Usage data may be used by UE Tech to improves or develop our products and services. Individual customer data is not identifiable for this purpose.
Usage data may be used to provide insights and information across our customer base. Any data shared will be done so, anonymously. An example of this would be the, aggregated data for average campaign open rates across all, or a section of our database.
UE Tech seeks to ensure that:
The person or organization supplying the information knows why the information is collected and how it will be handled;
Information is used and disclosed with the consent of the person or organization providing it, unless it is publicly available or there is an implied consent to use the information;
Information or data is stored securely and destroyed securely.
All data stored is kept to the highest possible standards of protection. Information regarding the security measures that are in place to protect user data will be made available on request.
UE Tech only uses cookies to store information that is required for system functionality. No information is used outside of providing an enhanced user experience or system optimisation.
UE Tech is willing to enter into Deeds of Confidentiality on an “as required” basis, regarding sensitive information or matters of commercial confidentiality that are disclosed to UE Tech in order to carry out its services.
Complaints
A complaint about information privacy and data confidentiality is an expression of dissatisfaction with the procedures, staff or quality of service of UE Tech, associated with the collection or handling of personal information, business information and data.
UE Tech will be efficient and fair when investigating and responding to information privacy complaints.
All complaints should be directed to our Privacy Officer.
UE Tech Pty Ltd has not received any complaints in regard to breaches of privacy or data confidentiality since it was established.
